HOMEWORK

Our goal through homework is to build better readers, better writers, and create a deeper and sustainable appreciation

for all genres of literature and

non-fiction writings.

WEEKLY COURSEWORK

Students will be involved in a variety

of English Language Arts writing

and reading activities to ready

them for their transition into the job market or a job training program.

PROJECTS

Over the course of the school year, students will be required to complete research-based writing projects.

These projects will build on students' understanding of different

types of literary genres and styles,

writing techniques, research, and

correctly citing sources.
